Inspired by the book Pasta Grannies, 42pasta was founded by Chef Z with a simple mission: to share the joy of handmade, home-style pasta.

Every day, Chef Z creates a different pasta—ranging from silky tagliatelle and chewy orecchiette to pillowy ravioli and hearty lasagne. Each is paired with a sauce inspired by traditional recipes and enriched with a touch of imagination.

At 42pasta, we hope every dish rekindles cherished memories while creating new ones around the table.
